When it comes to financial confidence, the numbers don't lie — and they tell a powerful story. In our recent Wealth Map Evaluation quiz, we asked over 6,000 participants a simple but revealing question: "I feel in control of my financial present and future." The answers paint a picture of how people across the spectrum feel about their financial security and outlook.

Only 11% of respondents strongly agree that they feel in control of their finances. That's a surprisingly small number, considering how vital financial confidence is for peace of mind and long-term planning. On the brighter side, 44% somewhat agree, showing that nearly half of participants have a reasonable level of confidence, even if they aren't fully secure.

The middle ground is significant — 24% neither agree nor disagree. This group may be unsure, feeling stuck between optimism and uncertainty, perhaps waiting for a sign or a strategy to tip the balance. Meanwhile, 16% somewhat disagree and 5% strongly disagree, indicating that for about one in five people, financial control feels out of reach or even unattainable.

What does this mean? Most people are somewhere in the middle — neither completely confident nor completely lost. This suggests a widespread desire for more clarity, tools, and guidance to move from uncertainty to empowerment. It's a reminder that achieving financial control is a journey, and many are still searching for the right map.

If you find yourself relating to any of these feelings — confident, uncertain, or concerned — know that you're not alone. The first step to gaining control is understanding where you stand today.
